【Abstract】Mechatronics technology provides atechnical path to solvethe problems of automobile shift smoothness, response speed and multi-environmentadaptability by integrating mechanical transmission,electronic control and information system.However,the reliabilityanddurabilityofthecontrol systemunder complex working conditions such ascontinuous vibrationnedtobeimproved.Therefore,throughtheoreticalanalysisand empiricalresearch,thispaper discusses thearchitecturedesign,controlalgorithmoptimizationandengineering verification methodof electromechanical integrationtechnologyinautomobilegearboxcontrolsystem,aiming atbuildingareliableinteligent gearboxcontrolsystem and providing method reference for automobile power system upgrade.

0 引言
汽车变速器的控制精度和可靠性对驾驶员驾驶体验和车辆能耗水平产生了直接影响,传统液压和纯机械控制方式响应速度较慢,很难适应多种驾驶环境机电一体化技术融合了电磁阀的精准执行功能和传感器的实时监测功能,能够显著提升换挡速度和平顺性,成为行业关键技术。(剩余4661字)
