【Abstract】With therapidadvancement of autonomous driving technology,L3 and higher-level intelligent driving functionshave imposed stricter requirementsonthefunctional safetyof vehicle systems.Thispaper explores the functional safetydevelopment process forlow-voltage power supply systems in autonomous vehiclesbased on ISO 26262 standard.By adoptinga V-modeldevelopmentframework,thestudycovers hazardanalysis HARA,functionalsafetyrequirement extraction, systemtopologydesign,failure mode analysisFMEA/FTA,andsoftware/hardware implementationandverification,establishing a comprehensive development architecture.Aredundant power supply architecture is proposed to meet the power demands of advanced autonomous driving systems such as HWP/TJP.This systematic methodology provides a robust approach for ensuring power supply safety in autonomous vehicles,ofering valuable guidance for engineering practices.
