【Abstract】With the rapid growth of new energy vehicles,accurate estimation of the State of Charge (SOC)of power bateries has become thecore technical bottleneck of the Batery Management System (BMS).The traditional estimation method is prone to cumulative error and precision atenuation in complex working conditions,wide temperature range environment and battery aging scenarios,which directlyaffects thereliabilityof vehicle cruising rangeand battry safety boundarycontrol.Therefore,this paper willexplore theconstructionof an SOC estimation model with strong environmental adaptability,and design highandlow temperature bench test andreal vehicle verification.Theresearch proves that the optimization strategycan effectively improve the stabilityof SOC estimation under extreme working conditions and significantly improve the reliabilityof electricity early warning.
