【Abstract】 This paper focuses on Thermal Management System (TMS)of new energy vehicle power batery. It addresses issues such as insufficient heat disipationcapacity,high pressure on qualityand energy consumption,and limited accuracy ofthethermal model.Basedonthis,it proposesoptimizationof coling structure and flow path layout, lightweightand integrated design,as wellas model-driven system architecture.Itdesigns high heatload temperature control,energy-savingoperation strategies,andcollaborative diagnosticmethods,formingasetofthermalmanagement optimization paths for engineering applications.This path cansuppressthe temperaturediference and peak temperature of baterycels inhigh-ratecharginganddischarging conditions,reducecooling energyconsumption,and improvebatterylife and vehicle range performance.
