【Abstract】The driving performance of the motor in new energy vehicles is directly related to the overall powerand economic performance ofthe vehicle.Thecurrent system has obvious shortcomings in termsof high-speed operationeficiency,torqueoutput overa wide speedrange,and heat control.Theseshortcomingshaverestricted further breakthroughsand improvements in the overallvehicle performance.Inresponse to the above-mentioned limitations, optimization design is carried out from four aspects: motor electromagnetic structure,inverter control strategy,heat management plan and transmisioncoordination.By means of electromagnetic field simulationand multi-physics coupling analysis,preciseparameteradjustmentisachieved,anda test platform isbuilt toverifythescheme throughactual measurement. The results show that the system's maximum efficiency has increased by 3.2% ,the high-efficiency working range has been expanded by 15% ,the power consumption per 1OO kilometers has decreased by 8.7% , and the driving range has increasedby45 kilometers.This exploresa feasible technical path forthe high performance of the drive system.
