【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of China's new energyvehicle industry scale,the large-scale retirement of powerbatteries hasbecomeakey isse thaturgentlyneeds tobeaddressed inthecurrentidustrydevelopment.Building aneficientand green power batery cycle ecosystem has becomea key factor inensuring national strategic resource security,reducing environmentalpolutionrisks,andpromotingthereentransformationof thenewenergyvehicleindustry. Thisarticleis basedonthe theoryoftheentire lifecycle,and systematicalydeconstructing theconstituent elementsand operating mechanisms of the circular ecology of new energy vehicle power bateries.By combining with the new trends andtypicalcases intheinustryin2O25,itrevealsthecoreissuesandcontradictionsatthetchnical,market,andpolicy levels.Onthisbasis,byintegratingcuting-dge techological trendsandregionalpracticalinnovation,athree-dimesional development path of "GSS"centered on "Green Design-Smart Management-Synergistic Value" has been proposed, providing theoretical reference and practical guidancefor promoting high-qualityand sustainable developmentof China's power battery cycle ecology.
