Research on Insulation Fault Early Warning and Active Service for New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】 High-voltage system insulation faults represent a critical issue threatening the safety and user experience ofnewenergy vehicles (NEVs).Thetraditional passve after-sales model struggles to address their suddenness andcomplexity,necessitating a transition towards adata-drivenactive service paradigm.This paper focuses onthe highvalue scenarioof insulation fault early warning,systematicallyconstructingan integrated after-sales big data platform encompassing data collection,real-time analysis,intelligent decision-making,and closed-loop management.The paper elaborates onthe platform's layeredarchitecture,including thedata,computing,analytics,and application layers,and specifically investigates the developmentpath ofan early warning model that integrates deterministic rules with machine learning algorithms.Bydetailing the entire business closed-loop processfrom warning discoveryand remote diagnosis to decision-making and push-notification,the study validatesthe platform's efectiveness and practical value in achieving earlyfaultidentification,precise intervention,and processoptimization.Itprovidesakeymethodologyandimplementation case for automotive manufacturers building intelligent after-sales systems.
