【Abstract】Aiming at the problems of complexityand high cost in the current energy eficiency evaluation methods for new energy vehicle drive motors，this study proposes a simplified evaluation framework. Basedon "China Automotive EnergyEffciency Classfication Test and Evaluation Procedure Part1： Battery Electric Passenger Cars"，the numberof test points is reduced by about 30% by optimizing the selection rules of speed-torque points，and a linear interpolation algorithm is introduced to supplement effciencydata.Acase studyona batery electric passenger car motorshows that thedeviationofthehigh-eficiencyarearatiocalculatedbythesimplified method from thestandardmethodislesthan （204号 5% ，whilethe testing efficiency isimprovedbyabout 40% . This method provides an efective tol for rapid motor energy efficiency assessment and product optimization，which is in line with industry development needs.
