【Abstract】Aiming at the problems of complexityand high cost in the current energy eficiency evaluation methods for new energy vehicle drive motors,this study proposes a simplified evaluation framework. Basedon "China Automotive EnergyEffciency Classfication Test and Evaluation Procedure Part1: Battery Electric Passenger Cars",the numberof test points is reduced by about 30% by optimizing the selection rules of speed-torque points,and a linear interpolation algorithm is introduced to supplement effciencydata.Acase studyona batery electric passenger car motorshows that thedeviationofthehigh-eficiencyarearatiocalculatedbythesimplified method from thestandardmethodislesthan (204号 5% ,whilethe testing efficiency isimprovedbyabout 40% . This method provides an efective tol for rapid motor energy efficiency assessment and product optimization,which is in line with industry development needs.
