Abstract: In the new era when digital technology has fully penetrated all fields of society, red revolutionary culture serves as a core resource for cultivating college students' ideals, beliefs and patriotic feelings. Its in-depth integration with university ideological and political education has become a crucial undertaking for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Taking Yimeng red revolutionary culture as a typical research sample, this paper systematically analyzes the practical obstacles to its integration into university ideological and political education, as well as the internal logic of digital empowerment. Centering on four core dimensions — the digital transformation of red culture, in-depth curriculum integration, the construction of practical education systems, and the innovation of evaluation mechanisms — it constructs a full-chain educational path system. This study aims to break the temporal and spatial limitations and rigidified forms of traditional red culture education models, and provide theoretical support and practical paradigms for improving the quality and efficiency of university ideological and political education, as well as the inheritance and innovative development of red revolutionary culture in the new era.
