Abstract: With the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, traditional cultures of ethnic minorities have embraced unprecedented development opportunities. As a national-level intangible cultural heritage, Tujia Daliuzi serves as a core cultural symbol of the Tujia ethnicity, featuring unique performance forms, a diverse repertoire system and profound local rural connotations. Grounded in the contemporary context of comprehensive rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the inheritance value of Daliuzi in rural cultural revitalization from the dual dimensions of artistic characteristics and local cultural roots. Taking Longshan County as a typical research case, it explores the current status and practical dilemmas of the living inheritance of Daliuzi art. On this basis, the paper proposes inheritance strategies centered on adhering to tradition through literary and artistic empowerment and achieving breakthroughs via media innovation. This study intends to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the sustainable development of ethnic minority traditional cultures in the process of rural revitalization, and realize the two-way empowerment of cultural inheritance and rural revitalization.
