Abstract: Against the backdrop of the fast-growing digital design landscape, the increasingly prominent disconnection between traditional cultural inheritance and value guidance has constrained the depth and breadth of talent cultivation in fashion design programs. Taking curriculum ideology and politics as its core methodological framework, this paper constructs a targeted progressive cultivation model of "knowledge, competence and values". Along three logical dimensions — target hierarchy, content dimension and carrier type — it systematically translates representative intangible cultural heritage symbols such as traditional cloud patterns and tie-dyeing into vector nodes and parametric language. It further organically integrates design tasks embedded with craftsmanship spirit, green ethics and cultural identity, forming a cultivation path that realizes synchronized development of software operation, cultural decoding and value internalization. The expected outcomes target student groups in the New Era. On one hand, students can accurately reproduce the details and artistic charm of classic Ming-dynasty scrolling lotus patterns with high precision via CorelDRAW. On the other hand, they can voluntarily expound the professional belief of "tradition as methodology" and their cultural confidence in design statements. This ultimately fulfills the cultivation goal of nurturing compound fashion designers with both technical precision and cultural depth.
