Effect of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation therapy on lymphocyte subsets and blood cell counts in patients with aplastic anemia

【AbstractObectieToivestigatetfctofhmatopoeticstcelltransplantationterapyolymphoctesubsetsndbloodel countsinpatientswithaplasticanemia.Methods：Atotalof84patientswithacquredaplasticanemiawhreceivedhematopoiticstem celltrasplantationfromFebruary019toApril022wereenrolled.Peripheralbloodlymphocytesubsetsandbloodcellountsere measured before treatment and at1，3，and6 months after treatment，including the percentages of CD19 + Bcells，CD3 †+ Tcells， CD3+CD4+ helperTcels，CD3CD8suppresorTcells，CDCD6CD56NKcells，andCD3+CD16+CD56NTcells，as welas D4/ CD8+Tcellratio，thepercentageoflymphocytesinwhitebloodcels，hitebloodcellcount，edbloodcellount，andplateletount. Results ：Before treatment，the percentages of peripheral blood CD 3+ ，CD3+CD8 †+ ，and CD3 + CD16+CD56+ cells and the percentage of lymphocytesinwhitebloodcellswereallaovethenoralvalues，hileCD4/CD8ratioitebloodcellcount，redbloodcellount，and platelet count were all below the normal values. CD19 1+ ，CD3 + CD4 ↓+ ，and CD3-CD16 ⋅+ CD56-were maintained at normal levels before and aftertreatment.CD4CD8+atioandplateletcountremanedbelowthenormalvalueswithin6monthsaftertreatment，hiletheother valuesreturnedtonormalwithinapproximately3months.Conclusion：Aplasticanemiacanleadtovaryingdegreesofimmunesystem disordersandeductioninsystemicbloodcels.Hematopoeticstcelltransplantationcanbeabettertreatmentmethodforaplastic anemia，with lymphocyte subsets and blood cell counts returning to normal within about 3 months.
