Construction and effect verification ofa risk predictionmodel for death anxiety in lung cancer patients

【AbstractlObective：Toconstructaiskpredictionodelfordeathanxietyinpatients withlungcanerandtoverifythepredictiveeffectofthisodel.Methods：FromMaytoJuly2O24，308lungcancerpatientsfromfivewardsofDepartmentofRespiratoryMedicinein thre gradeAtertiaryhospitalsinChongqing，Chinawereenroledassubjects，ndtheyweredividedintoigh-leveldeathaniety group with195patientsandlow-level deathanxiety group with113patients.Thereceiveroperatingcharacteristic（ROC）curve was usedtoasessthepredictiveefectoftemodel，theHosmer-Lemeshowtestandthecalibrationcurvewereusedtoassessthecalibrationandconsistecfteodel，andtedcisionurveaalsisassedtoevaatetelinicaltivensofeodelotalf 112lungcancerpatientswhomettheinclusioncriteriafromAugusttoSeptember2O24wereenroledtovalidatethepredictionefectof the model.Results：The incidence rate of high-level death anxiety was 63.3% in lung cancer patients.Age，personal belief，self-esteem level，andactivitisofdilyvingwereprotetiefactorsagistdeathnxietyinlungcancrpatintshileumorstagepsive symptoms，andanxietysymptomswereriskfactorsfordeathanxietyinlungcancerpatients.Thepredictivemodelhadanareauder theROCcurve（AUC）of0979，asenstivityof0.964，aspecificityof0.938，aYoudenindexof0.92，andaoptimalcutalueof 0.549.Thecalibrationcurvewasastraightlinewithaslopecloseto1.Thedecisioncurveanalysisshowedthatthemodelhadpositive netbenefits withintheriskthresholdrangeofOO6-0.80.TheresultsofmodelverificationshowedanAUCof0.983，asensitivity of0.938，aspecificityofO.979，andaYoudenindexofO.917.Conclusion：Theriskpredictionmodelfordeathanxietyinlungcancerpatients constructed in this study has good predictive efficacy and canbe usedto predict the occurrence ofhigh-level death anxietyinlungcancerpatients，whichprovidesareferencefor formulatingrelated intervention measuresinthe future.
