【AbstractCaner-associatedbrobasts（CAFs）participateintumorprogressonandtreatmentandplayacomplexandultifaceted roleintmormicroenvironment.SinceCAFsoriginatefromvariousceltpes，teymayundergosignificantphenotypicandfunctional transformationsduringdynamicinteractions with tumorcelsSuchtransformationsnotonlypromotetheagressivenessndgrowth capacityoftumors，butalsoprofoundlyinfluencethetreatmentoutcomeof tumorandtheprognosisofpatients.CAFsaffecttumor progressionthroughmultiplemechanisms；theyremodel extracellarmatrix（ECM）tomodulatetumormicroenvironment，ecrete exosomes toimpacttmorgrowth，romoteepithelialmesenchaltransitiotoenhancecancerinvasion，ndmodulatetumoriune microenvironment（TIME）tofacilitateimmune escapeof tumorcels.Thesecomplex mechanisms position CAFsaskeyregulators in tumor microenvironment.ThisarticlesummarizesthebasickowledgeofCAFsandtheircomplexroleintumordevelopment，introducethepotetialofAFsstreanttgtsdssefurtreantrateiesrgingCAFs，rgegCtly inhibitingtheactivationandfunctionofCAFstargetingCAF-derivedexosomesandconductingcombinedimmunotherapytargeting CAFs and TIME.These strategies provide new directions for developing more effective tumor therapies.
