【Abstract]Metabolicdiseasesare becomingaglobalpandemic,ndadverse maternal metabolicconditions duringpregnancycanincreasethelong-termriskofmetabolicdiseaseinofspringviadevelopmentalprogramming.Studieshaveshownthatregularmaternal exercisenotonlyimproesmatealhealthbutalsosignificantlyimprovesgucoseandlipidmetabolisminfspring,andsuchprotec tiveefectcanlastilladulthoodEpigenetiprogammingiskeyunderlgmehansm.Matealexeisecareveseigeneticmodifcatiosiducedbydveseitrauterieviroent,nludngethylatio,istoodification,ndoing RNA.This articlereviews theepigeneticmechanisms bywhich maternal exercise during pregnancyimprovesofspring metabolic health,aiming to provide new perspectives for early-life interventionin metabolic diseases.
