【AbstractTheGuidelinesfortheCo-managementofGestationalDiabetesMelitusinMothersandTheirOfspring（2024edition） （hereinafterreferrdtoasthe“Guidelines"）isthefirstguidelinefortheco-managementof gestationaldiabetesmelitus（GDM）in mothersandtheirfspringinChina.TheGuidelinesisstrictlyfmulatedaccordingtotheestablishingmethodologyandstepsfclinical guidelines forevidence-based medicine，proposes theconceptofmotherofspringcomanagement，andincorporatesthelatest clinicalresearchevidenceonGDMatbothChineseandinternationallevelsinrecentyears.TheGuidelinessystematicalldescribes thespecificstrategiesformonitoringandmanagingpregnantwomenwithGDMandteirofspring，ndrecommendsanintegatedlifecyclemanagemntodelinovingultidsplnayollboratioongdociologstetricsndecolgdiatid trition.InordertofacilitateabeterunderstandingandapicationofteGuidelinesbyhealthareworkers，thbackgroundadmetodological points of the Guidelines are outlined，and the key contentsof the Guidelinesare interpreted.
