Clinical Study on the Treatment of LUFS Caused by Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis with Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Acupoint Injection

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical eficacy of Yishen Huoxue Decoctioncombined with acupoint injection inthe treatmentof luteinized unruptured foliclesyndrome（LUFS）caused by kidneydeficiencyand blood stasis and itsinfluenceonendometrialreceptivity.Methods：Sixtypatients withLUFS wererandomlydivided intoatreatment group and a control group according to the random number table method， 3O cases each group. The treatment group was given oral Yishen Huoxue Decoction fromthe 5th dayof menstruation for12 consecutive days，andacupoint injection treatment was given when the follicular diameter was ⩾18mm . The control group was given intramuscular injection of chorionic gonadotropin injection when the follicular diameter was ⩾18mm . The changes of ovulation rate， pregnancy rate，endometrial thickness，andhemodynamic indicators[pulsatilityindex（PI），resistance index（RI）]of uterine arteries and ovarian arteries in the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results：Afterthe treatment，thecomparisonsof the numberofovulationcycles，ovarianarteryPI/RI，endometrialthickness，uterine artery PI/RI and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint injection has a definite therapeutic effect and high safety in the treatmentof LUFS caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
