略论杜康历史文化价值与时代精神

摘要：杜康是中国传统文化中的重要元素，是中国白酒酿造历史重大转折的体现，因曹操名句“何以解忧，唯有杜康”，又包含了丰富的文化内涵。其“忧怀家国”意蕴更是成为中国人文精神的重要内核。杜康作为重要的传统文化元素，与时代精神相契合，充分体现在创新精神、爱国情怀和敬业精神等方面。

On Du Kang’s Historical and Cultural Values and Its Spirit of the Times

Abstract： Du Kang is an important element in Chinese traditional culture and emerges as a major turning point in the history of Chinese Baijiu brewing. In addition， Cao Cao’s famous line “What can unravel these woes of mine？ I know but one drink—Du Kang Wine.” enriches its cultural connotations. The sentiment of “worry for home and country” contained within serves as an important core of Chinese humanistic spirit. As an important traditional cultural element， Du Kang is in line with the spirit of the times in terms of innovation， patriotism， and professionalism.
