食品安全风险监测中的数据偏差问题及应对措施

Abstract： Food safety is a major livelihood issue that concerns the physical health and safety of the people， as well as social stability and economic development.This article focuses on the issue of data bias inthefield offood safety risk monitoring，analyzing its specific manifestations and causes in datacollection， tansmision，and analysis， and revealing the adverseefects ofdata bias on food safety regulatory decision-making，risk warning，and public health. At the same time，systematic response measures are proposed from multiple dimensions such as technological improvement， institutional improvement，and personnel management，aiming to improve the accuracyandreliability of fod safety risk monitoring data， and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for ensuring food safety.
