三元油桃品质分析研究

【摘要】本文以三元油桃的玫瑰红、中农金辉、中油1号三个品种为材料，基于对三元油桃所含的维生素C、钙、钾、镁、磷、铁、锌、锰、铜、钠、总酸、总糖、糖酸比、可溶性固形物、可食率和单果重等指标的检测结果分析，梳理了三元油桃的主要品质特点，并阐述了产地环境、品种类别等因素对三元油桃品质的影响。

Study on Quality Analysis of Ternary Nectarine

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the test results of vitamin C，calcium，potassium，magnesium，phosphorus，iron，zinc，manganese，copper，sodium，total acid，total sugar，sugar acid ratio，soluble solids，edible rate and single fruit weight of ternary nectarine，this paper combs the main quality characteristics of ternary nectarine. The effects of producing environment，variety category and other factors onthe quality of Sanyuan nectarine were expounded.
