汽车线束避免虹吸的设计与选型

【摘 要】文章以某车型汽车线束舱内防水接插件进水故障为例，采用鱼骨图的方式找出其舱内插件进水的原因。从线束布置、防水接插件的选用及防水要求、合点布置要求及密封处理3个层面讲述如何防止虹吸现象，为线束防虹吸设计提供参考。

The Design and Selection of Automobile Wiring Harness to Avoid Siphon*

【Abstract】This paper takes the water failure of the waterproof connector of automotive wiring harness in the cabin as an example. The fishbone diagram is used to find out the reason of water inlet of the connector in the cabin. How to prevent siphon phenomenon is discussed from three aspects：wiring harness arrangement，waterproof connector selection and waterproof requirements，wiring harness junction arrangement requirements and sealing treatment. It provides reference for anti-siphon design of wire harness.
