动力电池压差原因分析及微粒管控方法

【摘  要】新能源汽车动力电池对电芯的电压、容量一致性要求很高,否则容易导致电池容量衰减过快,整车续航能力变差。本文针对电池欠压的潜在失效原因进行归纳总结,分析最常见原因为微粒造成电芯内部微短路,引起电芯自放电大,造成电芯一致性差。为此,本文对电芯制造过程关键工位的微粒管控措施提出建议。

【Abstract】The new energy vehicle power battery has a high requirement for the consistency of voltage and capacity of the battery cell,otherwise it is easy to cause the battery capacity to decay too fast and the vehicle's endurance to deteriorate. In this paper,the potential failure causes of battery undervoltage are summarized,and the most common reason is the micro short circuit inside the cell caused by particles,which causes large self-discharge of the cell and poor consistency of the cell. In this paper,some suggestions are put forward for particle control measures at key stations in cell manufacturing process.
