高校思政课青年教师教学素养提升路径

摘 要    思政课教师对高校思政课建设至关重要，也关系到立德树人根本任务的落实，提升思政课教师的教学素养势在必行。文章通过分析高校思政课青年教师的教学素养构成，以山西工学院思政课青年教师教学素养提升过程中存在的问题为引，探析了高校思政课青年教师教学素养提升的路径。

The Path to Improve the Teaching Literacy of Young Teachers in Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities

Abstract Young teachers of ideological and political courses in universities are crucial to the construction of ideological and political courses in universities， and are also related to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. It is imperative to enhance the teaching literacy of young teachers of ideological and political courses in universities. This article analyzes the composition of the teaching literacy of young teachers in ideological and political courses in universities， and takes the problems in the process of improving the teaching literacy of young teachers in ideological and political courses at Shanxi College of Technology as a guide to explore the path for improving the teaching literacy of young teachers in ideological and political courses in universities.
