血清生化指标及凝血酶原时间在妊娠肝病患者检测中的应用价值研究

【摘要】目的：研究血清生化指标及凝血酶原时间（PT）用于妊娠肝病的检测效果。方法：数据取自本院2020年2月—2021年6月收治的106例妊娠肝病患者作为研讨组，另择同期收治的100例正常妊娠者作为参照组，均行血清生化指标、PT指标检测，对两组检测结果进行分析。结果：研讨组ALT值为（50.12±12.45）U/L、AST值为（77.62±15.54）U/L及GGT值为（51.21±20.05）U/L高于参照组的（17.36±8.92）U/L、（19.23±9.65）U/L、（29.32±11.47）U/L，研讨组PT值为（14.38±2.16）s、APTT值为（38.53±5.72）s高于参照组的（11.42±1.54）s、（30.21±7.45）s，研讨组FIB值为（2.89±0.52）g/L低于参照组的（5.14±1.23）g/L，P

Application value of serum biochemical indexes and prothrombin time in the detection of patients with gestational liver disease

【Abstract】Objective：To study the value of serum biochemical indexes and prothrombin time （PT） in the detection of gestational liver disease. Methods：The data were collected from 106 patients with gestational liver disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 as the research group， and another 100 normal pregnant patients admitted during the same period were selected as the reference group.
