氢氧化钙制剂治疗牙体牙髓疾病效果及疾病改善情况、疼痛评分分析

【摘要】目的：对氢氧化钙制剂治疗牙体牙髓疾病效果及疾病改善情况、疼痛评分进行分析。方法：2019年1月—2021年12月，选70例牙体牙髓疾病患者，随机分成两组，研究组（35例），实施氢氧化钙制剂治疗，对照组（35例），实施樟脑酚治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、疾病改善情况及疼痛评分。结果：与对照组相比，研究组的治疗总有效率更高，治疗后的VAS、牙齿活动度评分显著降低，不良反应发生率降低，牙齿美观性、咀嚼功能、牙齿咬合度、基牙健康程度评分明显提高，SBI、CAL、PPD、BOP指标也均显著降低（P

Effect of calcium hydroxide preparation on dental pulp diseases and analysis of disease improvement and pain score

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect， disease improvement and pain score of calcium hydroxide preparation in the treatment of dental pulp diseases. Methods：From January 2019 to December 2021， 70 patients with dental pulp diseases were randomly divided into two groups. The study group（35cases） was treated with calcium hydroxide preparation.
