戊酸雌二醇片联合麒麟丸治疗月经不调的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的：探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合麒麟丸治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月—2021年10月我院收治的100例月经不调患者，随机分成两组。对照组患者在饭后温水服用戊酸雌二醇片，每天一次，每次两片。观察组联合服用麒麟丸，每天三次，每次6g，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的有效率和对照组相比有显著的增长（P0.05），治疗后，两组的神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、乳房胀痛、腹部胀痛和畏寒肢冷症状评分均发生了很大的变化，均明显减少（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with Qilin pill in the treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods： 100 patients with irregular menstruation treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.
