Analysis on the Building Way of Incorruptible Culture in Universities in the New Era Based on CIS Theory
—Taking a Certain University in Zhejiang Province as an Example

Abstract：Universitiesundertakethecrucialmissionofinheritingandinnovatingculture，andcultivatingnewtalentsforthenew era.Vigorouslypromotingtheincoruptiblecultureconstructionisaninevitablerequrementforuniversitistoimplementtefundamentaltaskoffsteringvirtuetrougheducation.ThispaperisbasedonthecootationoftheCorporateIdentitySystem（CS）heory constructingaCISsystemoftheincouptiblecultueinuniversitis.Ananalysisisconductedontheconstructionoftheincouptible cultureofacertainuniversityinZhejiangfromthreeaspects：identifcationofincoruptiblecultureconcepts，identificationof incor ruptibleculturebehaviorsadidentificationofincouptibleculturevisualItisconcludedtattheCSthoryhasahighlvelofapplicabitinosctioofteicouptibleueinivesii.Acodglyitiroposdtatteosrucoftco ruptiblecultureinuniversitiesintheneweracanbesystematicalladvancedthroughthetrinityof"forgingthesoulwiththeincorruptiblespiritualculture，strengtheningthefoundationwiththeincouptibleinstitutionalcuture，andnourishingthehartwiththe incoruptiblemateialulture"，todevelopadistinctiveintegityulturebandfulflltessionofducatingpeopletougic ruptible culture，and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of universities.
