Abstract：Inrecentyears，withthedevelopmentofcommercialspaceflight，therequirementsof theproductionqualityfor startracker incommercialsatelitebecome higherandhigher.Inthispaper，“SevenParameter ImageQuantitative Evaluation Standard"is developed，which makesuseof the massive starimage dataaccumulated inthe productionofstar trackerand throughdata modeling theoryresearch.Theadjustmentofoptical machinefor Pistar trackerusethisstandard，andthe final measurementaccuracyof theproductforPistartracker wasverifiedbystargazing test，which prove thestandard is efectively and can improve the consistency of measurement accuracy of the product for Pi star tracker.

星敏感器是航天器实现姿态感知、自主控制的重要仪器，具有精度高、可靠性高等特点，星敏感器的核心构成包含用于星点成像的光学系统、用于定点提取的图像传感器电路、星图识别与姿态解算数据处理电路[1-3]。（剩余6076字）
