通用技术教师转型及专业发展策略

摘 要目前,高中新课程通用技术教师大都由其他学科教师转型而来的,在教学中面临着许多的新挑战和困惑,必须研究通用技术课程特点,实现从原有学科向通用技术教师转型,提高适应新课程教学的能力,建立促进教师专业成长的机制,形成专业发展的支持系统。

Transfer of General Technology Course Teachers and their Professional Development Strategy//Zheng Tingyi

Abstract At present, as teachers of general technology in senior high school are transferred from different fields, they are facing many new difficulties and challenges. In order to promote their professional development, technology teachers should study the characteristics of this course so that they can successfully transfer from other fields into general technology and develop their teaching abilities under the new curriculum. Meanwhile, these general technology teachers require policies and supporting system for their continuous development.
