低压差线性稳压器的米勒补偿技术专利分析

摘 要：低压差线性稳压器随着负载电流的变化，其极点将有很大的变化，在负载电流大范围变化时，为保证稳定性需要进行频率补偿。米勒补偿是低压差稳压器中常用的一种频率补偿技术。本文对近年来提出的多种米勒补偿电路结构进行梳理介绍。

Abstract：With the change of load current， the pole of the low dropout regulator （LDO） will be changed. When the load current changes in a wide range， frequency compensation is needed to ensure the  stability of LDO， and Miller compensation is a frequency compensation technology commonly used in low-dropout regulator. This article introduces several  Miller compensation circuits used in LDO in recent years.
