40.5 kV/31.5 kA限流熔断器开断试验方式1试验研究与分析

摘 要:
针对一档40.5 kV/31.5 kA限流熔断器开断试验(方式1)单相试验过程中出现熔断器本体炸裂,产品处出现相对地拉弧的现象,根据试验参数并结合所选取的试验回路进行分析,提出这种试验回路对于单相试验带来的影响。对于相对地拉弧现象进行仿真分析,并给出了试验回路的优化措施。

Abstract:
The single-phase test of a 40.5 kV/31.5 kA current limiting fuse (Method 1) is focused, where the fuse body explodes and the product experiences relative ground arcing.Based on the test parameters and the selected test circuit, the experimental analysis is conducted,and the impact of this test circuit on this single-phase test is proposed.The simulation analysis is conducted on the phenomenon of relative ground arc pulling.Finally,the optimization measures for this test circuit is provided.
