OpeningUp to the Outside World， Financial Stability and High-quality Economic Development

Abstract：Opening-upand conomic securityare important relationshipsthatmust bewellbalanced in thenew era.This paperusestheSV-TVP-SVAR model todynamicallyidentify the time-varying and temporal impactsamong openingup to the outsideworldfianialstabilityndgualityconomicdevelopment，nddetailsteconomicndfancialectfifferentopening modes.Theresearchshows thatdiferentformsofopennesshave heterogeneous impactsonhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopmentand financial stability.Tradeopennesscan significantlypromotehigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment i the shortand mediumterm，while investment openness hasapositiveandnegativealternating efectonhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopmentintheshortterm，andacertainpositiveeffectinthemediumterm.Thelong-termefectmechanismsofbothopennessmodesareunclear.Therearesignificantdiferences inthe impactof radeopennessand investmentopennesson financial stability，andtheroleoffinancialstabilityinthetransmissionchannelsofopennguptotheoutsideworldhasnotbeneffectivelyplayed.Therefore，efortsshouldbemadetoimprovethelevelandqualityofopeninguptoeoutsideworld，coodinate high-qualitydevelopmentandhigh-levelsecuritytohelpChina’seconomyandfinance toachievestabilityandlong-termdevelopment.
