摘要：报告1例慢性胰腺炎、胰管结石并空肠异位胰腺。讨论了本案例的特点及其影响，包括该疾病误诊可能造成的影响。由于术中肉眼无法辨别空肠占位性质，采取了病变部分空肠切除。关键词：胰腺炎， 慢性； 异位胰腺， 空肠； 诊断； 治疗学基金项目：四川省自然科学基金（2022NSFSC1581）

Chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones with ectopic pancreas in the jejunum： A case report

Abstract：This article reports a case of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones with ectopic pancreas in the jejunum and discusses its features and impact， including the possible impact of misdiagnosis. Since it was unable to identify the nature of the space-occupying lesion in the jejunum， resection was performed for the part of the jejunum with such lesion.
