非酒精性脂肪性肝病新认识与再更名

摘要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病是一种多系统受累的代谢性疾病，与胰岛素抵抗和遗传易感密切相关。目前非酒精性脂肪性肝病已成为我国乃至全球最常见的慢性肝病。本文就非酒精性脂肪性肝病的诊断和评估、非药物治疗、合并慢性乙型肝炎、靶向肠道菌群治疗策略以及更名争议等专家论坛的热点话题进行述评。关键词：非酒精性脂肪性肝病； 诊断； 治疗学； 命名基金项目：国家自然科学基金（81900507， 82170593）； 国家科技部重点研发计划（2021YFC2700802）

A new understanding of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and its rename

Abstract：Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is a metabolic disease with multisystem involvement and is closely associated with insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility. At present， NAFLD has become the most common chronic liver disease in China and worldwide. This article reviews the hot topics of various expert forums such as the diagnosis and evaluation of NAFLD， non-drug treatment， comorbidity with chronic hepatitis B，  therapeutic strategies targeting intestinal flora and its rename of NAFLD.
