X射线电缆偏心仪校准装置的设计

摘要：X射线电缆偏心仪能够有效提高电缆产品质量，提升生产效率，但目前没有一套合理、完善的校准装置。本设计研制出一套偏心仪专用的校准装置，配合偏心仪校准方法，确保偏心仪的准确性，解决电缆生产企业急需的品控问题，提升企业的生产管控能力和产品质量。

Design of X-ray Cable Eccentricity Calibration Device

Abstract： X-ray cable eccentric instrument can effectively improve the quality of cable products and improve production efficiency， but there is currently a lack of a reasonable and complete calibration device. This design aims to develop of a special calibration device for the eccentric instrument， combined with the calibration method of the eccentric instrument， ensures the accuracy of the eccentric instrument， solves the quality control problem urgently needed by cable manufacturers， and improves the production control ability and product quality of the enterprise.

X射线电缆偏心仪是一种在线检测仪器，电缆穿过偏心仪时，能实时快速检测出电缆的直径、壁厚、偏心度，再根据测量数据实时调整生产参数，能有效提升产品质量和生产效率，广泛配置在中高压交联电缆的生产线上。（剩余3731字）
