摘要:短路耐受强度是低压综合配电箱安全性能的重要指标之一,也是监督检查的重点项目,文中结合检验工作经验和对产品标准的理解,深入分析JP柜的短路耐受强度试验方法,分析影响该项目不合格的主要因素,并对JP柜中断路器的选型和短路强度性能改善等方面提出相关建议。

Technical Analysis of Short-circuit Withstand Strength of Low-voltage Integrated Distribution Box

Abstract: Short-circuit withstand strength is one of the important indicators for evaluating the safety performance of low-voltage integrated distribution box, and it is also a key item of supervision and inspection. This paper, based on the work experience of inspection and the understanding of product standards, delves into the short-circuit withstand strength test method of JP cabinet and analyzes the main factors affecting the disqualification of the project, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the selection of circuit breaker in JP cabinet and the improvement of short-circuit strength performance.
