基于实证的科研事业单位科技成果转化制度创新方式研究

摘要：文中通过分析科研事业单位成果转化工作存在的困难，结合对福建省市场监督管理局具体指导措施和下属单位转化工作落实的案例研究，针对市场监管机构所属科研事业单位如何高效地开展科技成果转化工作提出对策建议。

Research on the Guiding Measures of the Scientific and Technological Achievements Commercialization Policies in Government-affiliated Research Institutions

Abstract： By analyzing the difficulties of the scientific and technological achievements commercialization in government-affiliated research institutions， the specific guidance measures and the commercialization case are studied within the Market Supervision and Administration of Fujian Province and its subordinate units. Finally， the countermeasures and suggestions are discussed on how the institutions should take to make their achievement commercialization efficiently.
