摘要:文中基于临界流喷嘴原理,研制了一款误差检测、密封性试验为一体的负压法音速喷嘴式气体流量标准装置,该装置满足气体流量计的量值误差和密封性能指标的检测,实现了交易结算、工业计量、过程控制、安全生产等领域的流量测量仪表检定的准确高效。

The Design of the Sonic Nozzle Gas Flow Standard Device of the Negative Pressure Method with the Integration of Error Detection and Sealing Test

Abstract:  Based on the principle of critical flow nozzle, a gas flow standard device with negative pressure method is developed, which can be used for error detection and sealing test. The device can meet the measurement error and seal performance of gas flowmeter, and realize the accurate and efficient verification of flow measurement instrument in the fields of trade settlement, industrial metering, process control, safety production and so on.
