【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性白内障的最佳手术时机及手术方式。方法 对95例(95眼)外伤性白内障患者，按伤后时间不同分为 3 组，在伤后不同时间做白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术，观察其手术效果。结果 随访半年后视力都有提高，平均达0．30~0．42，除 2 例眼内炎外，无严重并发症。结论 外伤性白内障根据不同情况采用不同的手术时机及手术方式，效果良好。

Clinical study the operative treatment of traumatic cataract

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best timing and operative methods in traumatic．Methods 95 cases of traumatic cataract were divided into three groups byoperative time．We performd cataract extraction with different time After trauma and visual acuity was recorded.Results The best correct visual acuity was improved followed up 6 months．The visual acuity was 0．30~0．42．No obvious complication was found in all cases,but two endophthalmitis.Conclusion Timing and operatve methods is very important in patients with traumatic cataract.The effect is good．

眼外伤本身伤情多样化，其发生白内障也是多样的，且常伴有眼内其他变化。（剩余3205字）
