【摘要】 目的 了解糖尿病患者对糖尿病并发症相关知识掌握情况，为制定糖尿病健康教育对策提供依据。方法 对在潍坊市人民医院诊治的535例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 糖尿病患者发现病情时与发病后对糖尿病并发症相关知识的了解情况有差别，发病后知识掌握程度高于发现病情时，但提高程度不大。患者对基础知识掌握情况发病后显著提高，而涉及较深层次健康问题掌握程度还不够。结论 加强糖尿病有关知识教育是防治糖尿病及并发症最重要的措施,通过系统的健康教育使糖尿病患者最大程度地获得糖尿病知识，认识到糖尿病的危害，提高知识、态度、信念行为水平，建立科学的生活方式。糖尿病健康教育问题要做到因人而异，因时施教。在掌握有关糖尿病基础知识的基础上强化对并发症防治知识的教育，落实干预措施，并定期评价教育与干预的效果，达到防患于未然的目的，减少或避免并发症的发生，提高糖尿病患者生活质量。

Analysis of knowledge for complications of diabetes mellitus among diabetics

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the knowledge of complications of diabetes mellitus(DM)among diabetics and provide with bases for perfecting the health education for diabetics.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 535 patients in a general hospital.Results The knowledge of complications of DM after the disease occurrence was higher than that of before the disease occurrence.But the increase of knowledge was not enough to meet the demands of diabetics patients.Conclusion The result provides with the basis for strengthening the health education of diabetics and has significant meaning for preventing the development of DM and control its negative influence on patients’ health.
