【摘要】 脑缺血疾病是目前严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一，具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点。所以日益受到政府和学界的重视。脑缺血后可以引起一系列病理生理和生化方面的改变，目前公认的脑缺血损伤机制包括：兴奋性损害、Ca2+超载、自由基及脂质过氧化、线粒体功能障碍、NO、细胞因子、立早基因和热休克蛋白表达紊乱、细胞凋亡等。

【Abstract】 Cerebrovascular disease has been one of the most curious diseases that threaten the health of human beings,which cause high morbidity,mutilation and death.Therefore,the government and the group of medical science spend more and more concentration on it.A lot of pathophysiology and biological changes will exist when the cerebral ischemia happen.It think that the mechanism of injury of cerebral ischemia include Ca2+ overload,free radical,NO,cell apotasisi,cytokines and so on.
