【摘 要】随着社会经济成分、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式的日益多样化，直接或间接地影响青年学生党员的思想观念和价值取向，原有的教育管理模式已逐渐无法满足新形势下党建工作的新要求，如何对青年党员进行价值取向与行为选择的正确引导已成为当前高校党建工作亟待解决的问题。浙江工业大学软件学院成立“党员之家”，并运行以此为纽带和组织形式的学生党建工作运行新机制，突出学生党员在学生党建工作中的主体地位，取得了一定的成效。

　　浙江工业大学软件学院根据“依托学院，面向全校”的原则，于2006年在屏峰校区成立“党员之家”，开展以“六个一”工程为依托的功能完善、内涵丰富、外延扩展的立体型“党员之家”建设，近两年来，实行以“党员之家”为纽带和组织形式的学生党建工作运行新机制，突出学生党员在学生党建工作中的主体地位，发挥学生党员在“党员之家”组织中的“自我教育、自我管理和自我服务”功能，取得了一定的成效。
