【摘要】异病同治体现了中医治法上的优越特色，也是中医辨证论治的精髓。笔者在二十多年的临床工作中，用中医理论指导临床实践，在应用“龙胆泻肝汤”的点滴体会中领悟到在临床实践中应用“异病同治”的原则掌握病因、病机、辨清证候对多种疾病采取“证同治亦同”的原则，确能取得很好的疗效。
