［摘 要］ 目的：观察针刺治疗突眼性甲状腺肿的疗效。方法：随机将６７例患者分为针刺观察组和西药对照组。结果：针刺疗法治疗此病在血清总甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量下降的同时，突眼症有所好转，同现行的西药疗法相比有一定的优越性，针刺治疗前后血清总甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺素含量对比（P＜０.００１），有明显差异。
结论：针刺疗法治疗突眼性甲状腺肿对缓解和消除眼征、症状有良好的效果，在临床上有一定的实用价值。

mentincontentsofserumT４，T３andthyrotropin（P＜０.０１）．Conclusion Acupuncturetreatmenthasagoodeffectinrelievingandeliminatingoculars
