[摘 要]
目的:检测2 Hz电针"曲池""听宫"穴的降压和降心 率反应与脑室注射阿片受体兴奋剂双氢埃托菲的降压和降心率反应的异同。
方法:用乌拉坦麻醉大鼠,脑室注射阿片受体拮抗剂、阿片受 体兴奋剂,电针"曲池""听宫"穴。
结果:(1)电针"曲池""听宫"穴的降压及降心率反应 被 脑室注射阿片受体阻断剂纳络酮衰减,但不被脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射纳络酮衰减。(2) 脑室 注射阿片受体兴奋剂双氢埃托菲出现明显的剂量依赖的降压及降心率效应,其降压效应 被脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射纳络酮衰减,但不受切断双侧颈迷走神经的影响。
结论:(1)脑内阿片受体部分介导电针"曲池""听宫" 穴 的降压效应及降心率效应;(2)中枢阿片受体兴奋产生降压效应,脊髓内的阿片受体介导 此降压效应。

[Abstract]
Purpose To compare the d epressorbradycardia effect of electroac upuncture at 2 Hz with that of intraven tricular injection of dihydroetorphine,a stimulant of opiate receptor.
Methods Intraventricular injection of inhibitor and stimulant of opiate receptor were respectivelygiven into the rat anesthetized by urethane,an d electroacupuncture was applied to "Quc hi"(LI 11)and "Tinggong"(SI 19)points.
Results The depressorbr adycardia effect of electroacupuncture w as reduced by cerebroventricular injecti on of naloxone,an inhibitor of opiate re ceptor,but was not reduced by injection of naloxone into spinal subarachnoid spa ce;Cerebroventricular injection of dihyd roetorphine induced obvious dosedepen d ent depressorbradycardia effect,and the depressor effect was reduced by injecti on of naloxone into spinal subarachnoid space,but was not influenced by section of bilateral cervical vagus nerves.
Conclusion Opiate recept or in brain mediates partially the depre ssorbradycardia effect of electroacupun cture;Excitation of central opiate recep tor induces depressor effect and spinal opiate receptor mediates the depressor e ffect.
