　　[摘　要]　 目的　旨在体现近10年来针灸治疗冠心病临床研究的概 貌 ,反映这一专题研究的最新水平和进展,为以后的临床科研提供参考依据。方法　共综合了40篇相 关文献的内容,通过对针刺治疗冠心病和冠心病不同临床亚型的临床疗效的总结,进一步肯 定了针刺治疗冠心病的有效性。结论　通过对临床研究中针刺手法、针感、针刺取穴方面不同 观点的分析,认为影响针刺治疗冠心病疗效的相关因素有待研究和统一。
