摘要：企业家精神是中小企业持续发展的关键性资源，文章通过文献综述，首先阐述了企业家精神的内涵，将企业家精神的激发因素概括为外部宏观组织因素、中观组织内部因素和微观个人因素；在阐释企业家精神特性及其与企业核心竞争力关系的基础上，探究了企业家精神对增强中小企业持续成长能力的作用机理；最后基于对改革开放以来三代企业家状况的回顾，提出培育和提升中国企业家精神，促进中小企业持续成长的建议。

The Research on the Relationship Among Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Growth of SMEs in China

Abstract：Entrepreneurship is a key resource to sustainable development of small and medium enterprises.Based on the present relevant literature review,this paper firstly explained the connotation of entrepreneurship,and then summed it up as the external macroorganization factors,Internal organization factors and micropersonal factors.Secondly,this paper explained the characteristics of entrepreneurship and the relationship between entrepreneurship and enterprises core competitiveness,then explored the mechanismof action about how entrepreneurship enhancing the sustainable growth capacity of SME.Finally,based on the review of the last three generations of entrepreneurs’ situation since the reform and openingup,the paper give advices to foster and enhance Chinese entrepreneurship in order to promote the continued growth of SME.
