[摘要]目的观察舍尼通片联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效性与安全性。方法治疗组45例患者给予舍尼通片与前列安栓局部塞肛治疗，对照组40例患者给予前列康片与前列安栓局部塞肛治疗，均连续用药4周。治疗前后分别观察NIH-CPSI、DRE、EPS。采用美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)制定的前列腺炎症状评分(CPSI)标准判定疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率44.44%，总有效率93.33%，对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为40.00%，85.00%，两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI积分及EPS中WBC、pH值均有不同程度的改善，但治疗组的NIH-CPSI积分改善最显著（P＜0.05）。结论舍尼通片联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有效、安全。

Clinical observation of Prostat combined with Qianlie Anshuan in the treatment of 85 chronic abacterial prostatitis patients

[Abstract]Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Prostat combined with Qianlie Anshuan in the treatment of chronic abacterialprostatitis. Methods45 patients in the trial group were treated with Prostat combined with Qianlie Anshuan. and 40 patients in the control group were treated with Qianlie kang combined with Qianlie Anshuan. The NIH-CPSI, DRE and EPS were observed before and after a 4-week treatment. The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (CPSI). ResultsThe total improved was 93.33% in the trial group and 85.00% in the control group(P＜0.01), the improvement of NIH-CPSI overall scores was significant between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion The combined use of Prostat and Qianlie Anshuan is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
