[摘要] 目的：对60例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者的荧光素钠眼底血管造影进行临床观察。方法：对60例视网膜中央静脉阻塞（crvo）患者进行眼底和荧光素眼底血管造影（ffa）检测。结果：ffa检测除发现与眼底检测发现的病变外，还发现crvo患者有静脉管壁荧光素着染渗漏、广泛的毛细血管扩张渗漏、微血管瘤以及毛细血管无灌注区等病变的存在。结论：ffa检测有助于更准确地检测crvo，减少误诊和漏诊，提供有效的诊治依据。

　　(department of ophthalmonogy, the fourth people's hospital of zhenjiang city, jiangsu province, zhenjiang212001,china) [abstract] objective: to observe the clinical effect of 60 cases of central vein of the retina blockage by fundus fluorescein angiography. methods: to detect 60 cases of central vein of the retina blockage by eyeground and fundus fluorescein angiography. results: duct of arantius fluorescein leakage, mass blood capillary micrangium broaden leakage, microaneurysm and blood capillary micrangium nonperfusion were dectected, besides affection by eyeground. conclusion: conduce to crvo of precise detection by ffa, to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis，to provide active basis of diagnositic treatment and research unit.
