[摘要]目的：观察中药健脾渗湿汤对脾虚湿盛泄泻的病人舌象及舌部菌群变化的影响。方法：选取脾虚湿盛泄泻的病人90例及正常健康人30例为研究对象，90例病人随机分为健脾渗湿汤治疗组30例，贝飞达治疗组30例，氟哌酸治疗组30例。其中30例正常健康人作为对照组；观察治疗前后的舌象等临床表现，测定舌部菌群的变化情况。结果：健脾渗湿汤治疗组和贝飞达治疗组总有效率明显高于氟哌酸治疗组。90例脾虚湿盛泄泻的病人舌象异常（腻苔）、舌部菌群构成与健康人（薄白苔）有差异。治疗后健脾渗湿汤组和贝飞达组白腻苔及舌部菌群改善明显，说明健脾渗湿汤和贝飞达均具有调整舌象和舌部菌群失调的作用。结论：健脾渗湿汤具有调整舌部微生态失调、恢复正常舌象的作用，治疗脾虚湿盛泄泻疗效显著。

Study on the effect of Jianpishenshitang on the tongue microecology and change of tongue phase of patient

[Abstract] Objective:Observing the effect of Jianpishengshitang on the tongue microecology and change of tongue phase of patient．Methods:90 spleen-deficiency patients devided into three groups randomly ,30 as group Jianpishengshitang,30 as group Beifeida,30 as group norfloxacin,30 normal persons as contral group.To observe the clinical change after treatment and to examine the change of tongue bacteria and tongue phase. Results: Jianpishengshitang and Beifeida were more effective than norfloxacin to the patients. The structure of tongue coating bacteria was diverse to the normal person.After treatment,the abnormal tongue coating bacteria of group Jianpishengshitang and group Beifeida improved obviously. Conclusion:Jianpishengshitang adjust the microolysbiosis of tongue and tongue coating, which is valid to spleen-deficiency pacients. Jianpishengshitang is a ideal microecology modulator.

脾虚泄泻属现代医学慢性腹泻范畴，是临床常见病、多发病，本病患者存在着明显的舌象异常，为了解中医辨证施治对脾虚湿盛泄泻病人舌象及舌部微生态的调整作用，本文对脾虚湿盛泄泻病人应用中药健脾渗湿汤，观察治疗前后的舌象等临床表现，测定舌部菌群的消长情况，现将结果报道如下：
1材料与方法
1.1研究对象
脾虚湿盛泄泻的病例90例均来源于2005年3月以来我院门诊及住院病人，年龄25～60岁，其中25～30岁9例，31～40岁21例，41～50岁29例，51岁以上31例。（剩余1072字）
